Online Mannequins is an ecommerce based service website. Please go through the following terms and conditions of use governing the website, henceforth known as the “Agreement”. The users of this website are bound by the Agreement. The Agreement is applicable on any user browsing the site, signing up as a member or shopping as a guest. Online Mannequins reserve the right to change the Agreement anytime; hence, it is advised that you read the Agreement before using the website. It is a request not to violate the terms given in the agreement. If you disagree with the Agreement, you can choose not to use the website. .


We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Check, Cashier Check,

Payment Declines

If we are unable to authorize or charge your credit card, we will email you. Please check with your issuing bank for details. Once your credit card is declined we will automatically cancel you order. Please feel free to re-purchase the item using a different credit card.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.


Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment, and are shipped via USPS or UPS. Your package will have a tracking number. We will email you that tracking number and your items estimated date of arrival. Your package will be dropped off without a signature. If a package is delivered and there is no one to receive it, it is left up to the driver's discretion whether or not the package will be left.

Please contact us for special delivery requests. For any package that requires a signature, or if you have purchased expedited delivery - UPS Second Day air- and you are not home at the time of the delivery for the required signature, or if for any reason the driver cannot deliver the package, Online Mannequins is not responsible for an undeliverable package.

Shipping fees may include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and location of delivery.


We are committed to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. If you are displeased in anyway please contact us. We will try to resolve any issues that may occur.

We hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason you wish to return or exchange it, simply follow the instructions below:

Please email us at info@Onlinemannequins.com within 14 days of delivery for a Return Authorization Number. To return your order, you must have a return authorization. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of that notification.

For an item to be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in new, unused, original condition. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. The merchandise must have all the original tags, all original packaging, including the plastic bag, and or boxes and accessories that were included in the original shipment.

We do not pay for return shipping. Please use the transportation company most convenient for you – USPS, UPS or FedEx. We recommend tracking and insurance on all returns. If for any reason your return does not arrive, or is damaged, you are responsible and you will not receive a refund. Please allow 7 days shipping transit time for your return. Items returned within the 14 day period in the original condition with all the tags and packaging will receive a full refund minus the shipping charges incurred by Yanks Mannequins to ship the original package. If you notify us after the 14 day return period, you will be given a store credit, but that notification must occur within 30 days of the purchase, and it must arrive within 7 days of that notification. After 30 days of purchase, there are no returns.

Merchandise received without a return authorization, or an item returned after 30 days of purchase will be RETURNED TO SENDER and shipped back to you at your expense.

Final Sales

Final sale items may not be returned – they are a Final Sale! Returns, Exchanges, Price Adjustments, or cancellations will not be permitted. No exceptions!


Please email us at info@Onlinemannequins.com for a Return Authorization Number if you wish to return your item. Once we have received your return and approved the condition of the item, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement. If however we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Please use adequate packaging to protect your package during return transit to assure its safe arrival. Items returned with a COD will be denied. If your package does not arrive or it is damaged you are responsible and it will not be refunded.

Merchandise received without a return authorization, or an item returned after 30 days of purchase will be RETURNED TO SENDER and shipped back to you at your expense.


We take pride in shipping our orders quickly. Many orders are shipped out within hours of receiving your order. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Once the order is out of our possession we cannot cancel your order. Once you receive your order, you may then return the order if you wish. If you refuse your package, you will be charged the appropriate shipping costs.

Return Shipments

If your order is shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS and several delivery attempts are made to deliver your package, delivery is not accepted, and for whatever reason your package is returned to Yanks Mannequins, you will incur the associated costs of that return. There will be the initial delivery cost, the return delivery cost and a 15 % re-stocking fee. Every attempt to accommodate your delivery needs will be made within the guidelines and policies of the delivery company. In the event you’re package is returned, we have no choice but to charge you for the incurring costs.


Tax charges are based on state and local taxes laws and tax rates.

Where required, tax will also be supplied to the shipping and handling charges.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has shipped.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you check out. If you wish to ship to different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Change Your Order Status

Occasionally high demand causes us to run out of certain items. Sometimes an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel that item. In this case, you will receive a complete refund.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item‘s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation. Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product description, pricing promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We also reserve the right to change or update information, or cancel an order if any information on the site is inaccurate at the time of purchase - without prior notice. This may occur after your order has been submitted.
